Job Description:

Logical Personnel Solutions is seeking an experienced Highways Project Manager to work on a series of new major projects across Area 6, 7 & 8.

About You:

  • You have extensive experience in managing large-scale highway projects.
  • You possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with a Tier 1 highways contractor to deliver projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving License is essential.
  • Will to travel, stay away from home, and work nights.

Salary and Benefits:

  • A salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
  • A car allowance of £6,000 per year.
  • A company-provided van.
  • A salary sacrifice pension after a 6-month probation period.
