We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated neonatal nurse to join our team at the Newborn Care Unit at the John Radcliffe Hospital. As a Band 6 Nurse/Deputy Sister, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our neonatal team.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and ensure a high standard of evidence-based individualized nursing and family-integrated care for babies and their families.
- Develop and implement education and support programs for families.
- Supervise and mentor pre- and post-registration students and junior staff.
- Adhere to the NMC Code and maintain high standards of professional practice.
