As a Complex Needs Educator, you will play a vital role in providing individualized support to children with complex SEN/SEMH needs, including ASD, ADHD, and SpLD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support to children with complex SEN/SEMH needs inside and outside the classroom
  • Assist teachers in creating and implementing personalized learning plans
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure seamless support
  • Collaborate with the SENCO and support staff to develop and implement strategies to meet the needs of children with complex SEN/SEMH needs

Requirements:

  • Graduate with a strong academic background and relevant experience working with SEN/SEMH needs
  • Knowledgeable about SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and SpLD
  • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team

What We Offer:

  • A competitive daily rate of £105 - £110
  • A Monday - Friday schedule with a long-term full-time position
  • A term-time only contract
