The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough motor inspections using state-of-the-art technology and communicating effectively with customers and stakeholders.

A competitive salary of £35,000 - £50,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive motor vehicle inspections to ensure consistency and quality
  • Authorise repairs through our approved network while maintaining cost-effectiveness
  • Monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and build strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Foster positive communication with customers, providing empathy, tact, assertiveness, and diplomacy when necessary
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and meet deadlines

Requirements:

Member of either IMI, IRTE, ATA, or VDA (or willingness to pursue)Sound knowledge of motor claims, including insurance principlesProficiency in computerised damage estimating systems, such as AudatexExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAccuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressureAbility to take ownership and responsibility when necessary
