Administrative Role: Executive Secretary - Professional Services

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Secretary to join our team in Aberdeen or Inverness. This is an exciting opportunity to work within our Professional Services department, where you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our senior management team.

Our client is a leading company in the professional services industry, boasting a workforce of over 700 employees. They deliver a diverse range of services that cater to various sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Practice Area Organisation: Maintain organisation during holidays/absences, checking mail/voicemail/email and responding as necessary.
  2. Invoicing: Pay invoices in compliance with internal procedures, with attention to detail and accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure. You will also possess strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and colleagues effectively.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £28,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
