About the Role

We are seeking an experienced retail professional to lead our retail operations and drive sales growth across the country. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and sales management, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  1. Lead and manage retail execution and sales growth across the country through key third-party retail customers.
  2. Oversee direct and indirect teams, ensuring alignment with the retail strategy.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to drive in-store excellence and selective distribution monitoring.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to create and execute distribution, training, and demonstration strategies.
  5. Analyze national sales data, market trends, and competitor information to identify sales opportunities and challenges.
  6. Develop and lead short and long-term initiatives to enhance retail presence and add value to partnerships.
  7. Manage budget allocation and resource planning for the retail field sales function.
  8. Lead by example as an active member of the Retail Sales Leadership Team, providing updates and aligning on critical decisions.
  9. Set measurable targets, provide continuous feedback, and drive performance management approaches to foster a high-performing culture.
  10. Stay adaptable and open-minded to change in the ever-evolving retail landscape.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  1. Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead and inspire teams effectively.
  2. Excellent public speaking and presentation skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
  3. Advanced proficiency in English, with strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  4. Strong negotiation skills and strategic thinking to drive business outcomes.
  5. Open-mindedness and adaptability to navigate complex retail challenges.
  6. Financial acumen and experience in budget control and forecasting.
  7. Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.
  8. Experience in the beauty industry is preferred.
  9. Ability to influence at a senior level and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  10. Willingness to travel and engage in overnight stays as required by the role.
