Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Finance Leader to join our team as a Pensions Expert. The ideal candidate will have experience managing finance teams and reporting directly to the CFO. The role involves overseeing personnel management, setting clear goals, providing training, and utilizing accounting software.

Responsibilities
  • Manage department personnel by conducting interviews, selecting candidates, training staff, motivating employees, and evaluating performance.
  • Set clear objectives by communicating expectations, appraising work performance, and providing regular feedback to employees.
  • Offer training opportunities to enhance employee skills.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in accounting software.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized institution.
  • The ability to travel throughout Europe as required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
