**About the Role**

We are working with a number of secondary schools and colleges in the St Austell and Bodmin area who are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA). As a HLTA, you will deliver lessons, work alongside the teaching staff and support students with their individual progress.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Deliver lessons to whole classes or support small groups
  • Work alongside teaching staff to provide individual support to students
  • Behaviour management and marking

**Requirements**

  • Experienced HLTA or TA willing to achieve HLTA status
  • Experience working with SEN or SEMH students is beneficial
