We are seeking an experienced and skilled Nursery Manager to lead our team in Leicester, Leicestershire. The successful candidate will have a Level 3 Childcare qualification or above and a proven track record of leading and motivating teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage budgets, marketing, occupancy levels, and KPIs.
  • Prepare for and manage Ofsted inspections.
  • Recruit and manage nursery staff, including inductions, supervisions, and appraisals.
  • Lead the team in EYFS planning and reflective practice.
  • Manage staff rotas and meetings.
  • Maintain children's observations, assessment, and development records.
  • Lead marketing activities, such as open days and promotions.
  • Have lead responsibility for Safeguarding and Health & Safety.
  • Work in partnership with parents to form caring and trusting relationships.
