Job Description

Galderma is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Launch Leader to lead the launch readiness for our new Dermatology asset in the UK/Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the launch strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the compliant market presence of our new biologic treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the launch strategy for the new Dermatology asset in the UK/Ireland, considering market dynamics, competitive landscape, and patient needs.
  • Oversee the implementation of launch activities and ensure their timely execution, tracking progress against the plan.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Develop Annual Brand Plan through gaining local market insights around key environmental challenges and opportunities, develop key marketing strategies and solutions to drive the business forward.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, analyze market trends, and identify potential risks or opportunities, making necessary adjustments to optimize the launch strategy.
  • Compliantly engage and build relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and patient advocacy groups.
  • Compliantly collaborate with medical affairs to develop and implement KOL engagement strategies and educational initiatives.
  • Work closely with market access and sales teams to ensure the Dermatology strategy is understood and effectively implemented once Marketing Authorization is received, Review the implementation of marketing strategies in the field sales team in close collaboration with sales management.
  • Gather and analyze market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to inform the launch strategy and identify areas for differentiation.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, treatment guidelines, and competitor activities to ensure a competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with the Business Unit Head and finance teams to develop and manage the launch budget effectively.
  • Work closely with Homecare Manager to ensure that Launch Asset strategy is effectively pulled through the homecare provision.
  • Ensure compliance with the ABPI code of practice.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated leadership and delivery in launch readiness programs in UK/Ireland.
  • Biologics and Dermatology launch experience within UK market.
  • Demonstrated leadership in post-launch growth acceleration in UK/Ireland.
  • Demonstrable education and experience in Marketing in UK/Ireland.
  • Strong internal and external Stakeholder Collaboration, influence, and engagement.
  • Strategic thinker and is able to deliver key strategies to implementation.
  • Experience in leading Annual Brand Plan Development.
  • Able to work well under ambiguity and able to bring clarity for teams through clear and simple communication.
  • Strong ability to analyze and synthesize multiple forms of data and decipher the so what and related actions.
  • Works well under pressure, tight timelines, and can prioritize the most impactful work.
  • Demonstrate people development, coaching, and management.
