Job Opportunity: Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Fieldview Care Recruitment Solutions. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people with BESD in our 3-bed homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to young people with BESD, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, their families, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment, adhering to Ofsted regulations and guidelines.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve outstanding outcomes for young people.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 Children and Young People's Workforce qualification.
  • Essential driving skills.
  • Previous experience working in an Ofsted-regulated children's home (desirable).
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including 2 on 4 off sleeps.
