**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our dynamic primary care team at Mill Hill Surgery in London. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our patients, promoting health and wellbeing in the community.

The ideal candidate will have a broad range of clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strong commitment to patient-centered care. Our practice is composed of six GP partners, along with a Nursing team including HCA support, a newly appointed GPA role, and a comprehensive admin support team providing primary care services to a registered population of approximately 7000 patients across the borough of Ealing.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide general nursing care for patients in the practice, ensuring a high standard of clinical practice.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in line with clinical guidelines and best practices.
  • Carry out basic wound care, dressings, and management of minor injuries.
  • Provide health education and advice, promoting self-care where appropriate.

**Requirements:**

  • Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
  • Minimum of 1 year's clinical experience in a general practice, primary care.
  • Experience in chronic disease management, immunisations, and general nursing duties.
  • Qualification in cytology and immunisations.
