People Operations Specialist

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our team as an Employee Relations Advisor. In this role, you will provide expert advice and support to site managers, ensuring effective ER practices across our multisite logistics operation in West London.
Key Responsibilities
Some of your key responsibilities will include managing ER cases, building relationships with key stakeholders, guiding managers through change, and compiling key reports. You will also assist with various HR projects, liaise with unions, and focus on employee engagement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in an end-to-end HR/ER role, preferably gained in a unionised environment. A strong and organised personality, coupled with a friendly and positive attitude, is essential. You should also be able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and have proven relationship-building skills. As this role comes with a salary range of £40,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience, it's an excellent opportunity for a skilled HR professional to grow their career.
