Key Responsibilities:- Process end-to-end, monthly payroll for a high volume of headcounts, ensuring timely and accurate payment of wages.
- Manage payroll inboxes and assist with queries.
- Monitor employee data and timesheets.
- Generate payroll reports and reconcile for accuracy.
- Data management: maintain and update payroll records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Accurately calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
- Employee support: address and resolve payroll-related queries from employees and management.
- Documentation: process and maintain all necessary payroll documentation, such as P45s and P60s.
- Previous experience as a payroll administrator or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll procedures and regulations.
- Technical skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and understanding of payroll and T&A systems.
