Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Trainee Health and Social Care Assessor. As a Trainee Assessor, you will play a vital role in supporting and guiding learners through their qualifications in Health and Social Care, ensuring they achieve their full potential.

About the Role

This hybrid role allows for a mix of remote working and field visits to learners across the region. You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting learners through their qualifications in Health and Social Care
  • Guiding learners to achieve their full potential
  • Developing and delivering training programs
  • Assessing learner progress and providing feedback

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Passionate about supporting learners and helping them succeed
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for travel to learner sites
  • Self-motivated and able to manage your own workload
