Maintenance Electrician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our facilities management team on a full-time permanent contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about their trade and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate would be expected to be capable of completing all reactive works on the site and being responsible for signing off their own electrical work, Minor Works Certificates and Electrical Installation Certificates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fire alarm system operation and weekly maintenance checks
- Investigating tripped circuit breakers and performing fault diagnosis
- Responding to initial fault reports at the dock door
- Performing routine maintenance tasks, including water temperature checks, descaling of showers and outlets, and disabled toilet alarm checks
Essential Qualifications:
- 18th Edition electrical certification
- NVQ Level 3 Technical Technology or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Full UK driving license with no more than 9 points
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience with EV installation and PAT testing
- AM2 certification
