What We Need from You
  • A valid in-date driving license with no more than 6 points
  • A roadworthy bulkheaded van
  • Minimum 2 years of recent work-related experience
  • Upper Tier Waste Carriers Licence
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Exhibit knowledge of all procedures and safety measures to PH Jones and British Gas standards while offering excellent customer service

Must hold:

  • City & Guilds Electrical Installations or equivalent L3 NVQ
  • Level 3 Technical Certificate including the national Electrotechnical Training (NET) AM2 Certificate
  • Up-to-date City & Guilds 2382
  • b.s. 7671 IET Wiring regulation certificate - 18th edition
  • City & Guilds Installation and Testing 2391 or 2394 and 2395
  • JIB card or equivalent

As an Electrician with PH Jones, you'll be responsible for:

  • Conducting full electrical home upgrades, installations, maintenance, services, and repairs
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical issues in a timely manner
  • Ensuring all electrical work complies with relevant safety standards and regulations
  • Collaborating with the maintenance team to prioritize and complete work orders
  • Inspecting and testing electrical systems to identify and address potential hazards
  • Keeping accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job
  • Providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with customers, colleagues, and managers
