About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Consultant to join our team at SciBite. As a Technical Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for demonstrating solution value pre-sales and providing post-sales technical support. Your main responsibilities will include building and maintaining customer relationships, delivering product demonstrations, and identifying new use cases to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain deep knowledge of SciBite technologies and industry trends to support customer needs
  2. Conduct detailed product demonstrations and technical discussions to showcase SciBite's capabilities and value and understand customer requirements
  3. Provide proactive technical support to licensed customers, including creating technical documentation and resources
  4. Act as a trusted advisor for customers, maintaining ongoing relationships and ensuring their satisfaction, including responding to any technical concerns
  5. Work closely with the sales team to drive new business development opportunities
  6. Attend meetings as a technical expert, capturing customer use-cases and project requirements
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sales processes
  8. Support the product team in qualifying and prioritizing customer feedback for product feature development
Requirements
  1. Ability to quickly become an expert in SciBite solutions
  2. Ability to articulate the value of SciBite solutions during technical demos
  3. Working knowledge of Generative AI, NLP, ontologies, and knowledge graphs. AWS, Docker, and programming languages like Python would be preferred
  4. Excellent presentation skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  5. Experience leading difficult conversations with diverse audiences
  6. Capability of performing requirement analysis and mapping requirements to deliverables
  7. Experience working with Pharma companies
  8. Open to travel to customer sites and conferences
