We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Registered General Nurse to join our nursing team at Evesham Community Hospital. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients admitted to our wards for rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient-focused nursing care
- Document care given and maintain contemporaneous records
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide 24/7 rehabilitation
- Facilitate the day-to-day running of the ward, administering medications and ensuring patient safety
- Opportunities for ongoing learning and development through reflection and clinical supervision
