Nursery Room Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Room Leader to join our team at a great nursery setting close to Hither Green. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and education to young children.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading by example in maintaining the highest standards of care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements. You will plan, organize, and supervise a variety of stimulating activities to support children's learning and development, fostering an inclusive environment where equality of access and opportunity is provided to all children, parents, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the highest standards of care and education in line with EYFS requirements
  • Plan and supervise activities to support children's learning and development
  • Foster an inclusive environment
  • Cultivate professional relationships with colleagues, parents, and carers
  • Uphold policies and procedures to ensure a clean, safe, and conducive learning environment
Requirements
  • Minimum full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Demonstrated experience working within a childcare setting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum and its implementation
