Job Overview- Main Objectives:
- Define clear expectations, establish goals, and provide ongoing detailed feedback and performance evaluations.
- Establish the company's brand as the premier source for inspiration, knowledge, and networking.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of conferences within designated timelines and budget constraints.
- Delegate tasks to team members, monitor progress, and ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Travel opportunity: You will participate in international conferences overseas.
- Competitive salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.
- Necessary Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years' experience from a reputable institution with high speed and work ethic, e.g., management consulting, investment banking, or top-tier corporate.
- Bachelor's degree with exceptional results, potentially followed by an MBA.
- Strong commercial awareness and a genuine passion for business.
- UK, EU, or US work permit.
