Job Title: Rotational Clinical Pharmacist

Location: Private Hospital

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: £25 - £37 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated Rotational Ward Pharmacist to join our team at a leading private hospital. This is an excellent opportunity for community pharmacists looking to transition into a hospital setting as full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical pharmacy services across various wards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise medication management.
  • Conduct medication reviews and provide patient counselling.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Hospital experience is preferred but not essential; the team welcome community pharmacists who are eager to learn.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
