Financial Operations Coordinator

At the Spinal Injuries Association, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Finance Officer to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our charity's finances.
Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including processing invoices, credit cards, and expenses in line with charity VAT guidelines.
- Support the preparation of monthly bank reconciliations for authorisation and sign-off.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts and collaborate with auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the production of aged debtors lists and work collaboratively with colleagues to collect overdue accounts efficiently.
We offer a competitive salary of £17,530 per annum (pro rata) and a hybrid working arrangement, with three days per week spent in our office at SIA House, Milton Keynes. This is a fixed-term contract of six months, with a closing date of 20 January 2025 and an interview scheduled for 27 January 2025.
