Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team and take the next step in their career. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive commercial support to our clients, including measurement, estimating, contract review/administration, procurement, and final account settlement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide commercial support to clients, including measurement, estimating, and contract review/administration.
  • Manage interim valuations, variation management, cost value reconciliations (CVRs), and final account settlements.
  • Engage in project management activities to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and specialist contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience in Quantity Surveying.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A strong passion for continuous improvement and further development.
