About the Role: As a Meetings & Events Executive, you will be responsible for supporting a cluster of hotels to ensure that all M&E customer enquiries are dealt with efficiently and effectively. Your primary focus will be on providing outstanding service to our customers, ensuring their events run smoothly and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage event bookings and coordinate logistics
  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and preferences
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless event experiences

Salary: The salary for this role is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years' experience in meetings and events or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills
