Structural Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join our team at Blueprint Recruitment Solutions.

This is a challenging role that will see the successful candidate working on a variety of commercial, residential, theme park, and healthcare projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate teams and projects to ensure successful project delivery.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Analyse structural components to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  4. Develop designs from scheme stages through to construction, utilizing expertise in reinforced concrete.
  5. Contribute to the development of junior staff members, providing guidance and mentorship.
  6. Attend project and client meetings to ensure effective collaboration and communication.

Requirements:

  1. 6 years' experience working as a Structural Engineer, with prior experience in buildings and reinforced concrete.
  2. Ability to coordinate teams and projects, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Previous leadership experience, with the ability to make decisions and act on your own initiative.
