**The Role**

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide psychological treatments to patients via evidence-based multi-model interventions, such as Dialectical Behaviour, Cognitive Behaviour, or other manualised treatment protocols.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide psychological treatments to patients via evidence-based multi-model interventions
  • Organise and provide teaching and training as required
  • Reliably collect and interpret data regarding the outcomes of interventions provided

**Requirements**

  • Recognised qualification as a therapist
  • Able to risk assess and manage people with severe complex needs
  • Excellent communication skills
