Financial Support Specialist

We are recruiting for a Financial Support Specialist to join our team in Norwich. This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm, offering a salary of up to £24,500 per annum, depending on experience.
About the JobThe key responsibilities of this role will include processing invoices, managing purchase orders, investigating and resolving invoice queries, contacting other departments to ensure correct and efficient processing of supplier invoices, performing monthly and periodic reconciliations, implementing proactive controls to avoid errors, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with tax and statutory requirements, and maintaining a robust compliance environment.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. An AAT accountancy qualification is desirable, but not essential. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial processes, be able to work accurately and efficiently, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
