As a Team Manager in our Cared for Children's team, you will lead a dedicated group of professionals supporting vulnerable children who cannot live with their families. What We Offer:
Earn a competitive salary, including a 15% market supplement.
Relocation support up to £8,000.
Generous annual leave starting at 26 days, rising to 31 days after 5 years, plus paid bank holidays (combined equivalent value of nearly £6,000).

Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the development, review, and implementation of care plans for children and young people in care, ensuring that all plans meet the individual needs and safeguard the welfare of the children.
Monitor safeguarding concerns across the team.
Regularly audit case files, assess the quality of work being delivered, and ensure that statutory visits, assessments, and reviews are completed within required timescales.
Provide effective supervision, guidance, and support to social workers and team members, ensuring they meet statutory requirements and deliver high-quality services to children and families.
Requirements:
Relevant social work qualification.
2 years relevant experience.
