We are seeking an experienced Project Manager and/or Senior Account Manager to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our client's office, you will work with some of our key clients across various events, managing large-scale projects and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Work with the Account Manager/Senior Account Manager/Account Director/Client Services Director to deliver client projects, taking ownership of client communication, production elements, and budget. Oversee and manage own projects, briefing internal departments, supplier liaison, content delivery, technical, logistics, and delegate management, ensuring all paperwork is completed to ISO 9001 standards.
- Financial Management: Work with the client account team to manage project budgets, controlling costs and ensuring timely reporting and reconciliation. Manage payment terms and invoicing to ensure all jobs are cash-positive.
- Training and Development: Assist with training new starters and ensure all account teams adhere to relevant processes and procedures.
- New Business: Assist the account team with proposals and pitches as necessary.
- CRM and Supplier Management: Keep CRM up to date with supplier contacts, grading, and notes. Take ownership of supplier relationships, ensuring the best service and price is provided.
- Health and Safety: Ensure all projects have adequate Health and Safety cover, with completed Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
- Company Culture: Demonstrate company values, live and breathe the brand behaviors, and encourage others to get involved and feel part of the team.
Requirements:
- Extensive event production experience, ideally in an agency environment.
- Experience with video production and graphics is useful but not essential.
This role will suit experienced professionals with a strong background in event production, project management, and account management. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
