Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Community Rehabilitation Team

Location: South London

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

Contract Type: Ongoing

Salary: £26-£27 per hour

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Community Rehabilitation Team in South London. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to patients in their communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and treat patients with a range of physical and cognitive disabilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote independence and functional ability
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct home visits and community assessments to identify patient needs
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families

Requirements:

  • Registered Occupational Therapist with a valid license
  • Experience working in a community rehabilitation setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
