Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Ambitious about Autism is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Ambitious College. Our college provides a unique and supportive environment for young people with autism to develop their skills and achieve their goals.

About the Role

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about working with young people with autism and has a strong commitment to providing high-quality, person-centered care. As an Occupational Therapist at Ambitious College, you will work closely with our team of therapists, teachers, and support staff to develop and implement individualized therapy plans that promote the social, emotional, and occupational development of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement occupational therapy plans that align with the Ambitious about Autism Quality of Life framework
  • Work collaboratively with the therapy team to design and deliver occupational therapy services that meet the needs of our students
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to occupational therapy services
  • Participate in supervision and continuing professional development to ensure high-quality practice
  • Contribute to the training and development of teachers, parents, and other professionals
