As a skilled field-based domestic appliance engineer, you will be equipped with the tools and resources to succeed in this role.
Our field community of employed engineers share best practices and work together to deliver service excellence for every customer.
Every day, you will utilize your expertise and product knowledge to diagnose and resolve issues, supported by our regional field service teams.
We operate a City and Guilds Assured Training scheme, providing product upskilling opportunities to expand your skill set.
Specialized Manufacturer Training- We offer specialized manufacturer training from leading appliance brands, enabling you to work with multiple brands.
- Our office team plans daily routing for engineers, ensuring efficient job allocation.
- Pre-ordering software allows you to see jobs in advance and pre-order required parts, putting you in control of your productivity.
- Field and office-based support teams are available to assist you in resolving issues.
Competitive salary with quarterly wage increases based on performance, up to a maximum of £50,000 per annum.
Bonus scheme available to increase your earnings.
Working hours: 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday.
Intime daily parts delivery to a designated parts collection point near your location.
Company van, fuel card, uniform, specialist tools, mobile tablet, and PPE are provided.
Company Pension scheme and private van use (optional) are available.
Up to 33 days annual holiday allowance, including 8 bank holidays.
