About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Trainee Field Service Engineer to join our team at Concept Resourcing. As a Trainee Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing domestic appliances in customers' homes, aiming for a first-time fix every time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair domestic appliances, including dishwashers, washing machines, ovens, cookers, tumble dryers, fridges, and freezers
  • Complete 8-10 calls per day, depending on travel
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
  • Experience repairing domestic appliances or transferable skills in electrical mechanical sectors
  • Electrical qualifications, such as City & Guilds 224, 17th Edition, or NVQ in Electrical Maintenance, are an advantage
  • Manufacturer training, such as Gas and Refrigeration skills, is also desirable
