About the Role:

This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary of £15.44 per hour for 40 hours of work per week, plus £70.50 for sleep-ins. As a Deputy Manager / Home Manager, you will oversee the delivery of exemplary care standards and ensure regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) or equivalent qualification. You should also possess a solid understanding of Ofsted regulations and relevant legislation for children's services.

We are seeking someone with knowledge of safeguarding policies and practices, as well as excellent computer literacy and organisational skills. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and have a strong commitment to teamwork, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead daily operations in a children's residential setting, ensuring the highest standards of care and regulatory compliance.
