About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Active Care Group. As a specialist in neurorehabilitation, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients with complex speech, language, and communication impairments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize a caseload of patients with highly complex speech, language, and communication impairments and swallowing difficulties.
  • Deliver goal-focused, intensive MDT therapy in a person-centred, meaningful way.
  • Further develop your skills and knowledge working with clients who have complex cognitive-communication, language, and speech disorders following brain injury, both 1:1 and in small therapy groups.
  • Be supported to develop your specialist clinical skills across the spectrum of brain injury presentations.
  • Continually develop your own clinical and leadership skills through a wide range of supervision, learning, and teaching opportunities.
