The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 11 Technicians, Service Advisors, Parts Advisors, and Administration staff to deliver business objectives, brand commitments, and consistent customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Aftersales team to ensure all agreed customer service targets are met and the brand experience is delivered.
  • Ensure effective collaboration with the Sales and Administration teams to achieve excellent customer service.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Service Department to ensure key targets are achieved.
  • Proactively plan to achieve maximum efficiency, productivity, and volume of throughput.
  • Achieve departmental budgets through innovative management and keen financial awareness.

We are open to applications from Workshop Controllers, Service Managers, or Assistant Aftersales Managers looking to advance their career, as well as existing Aftersales Managers seeking to align with a high-performing business. Training and support can be provided for the right candidate with the core skillset.
