We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Service Representative to join our team at KION ITS UK&IR. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and service revenues of Intralogistics Solutions, with a focus on Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) and Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Boost Sales and Service Revenues: Identify opportunities for business expansion and drive sales of KION's range of AGVs and AMRs.
- Collaborate with Key Account and New Business Managers: Work closely with key account and new business managers to drive sales of AGVs and AMRs.
- Manage Tenders from Start to Finish: Coordinate with Automation Project Engineers to ensure successful tender management.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and Robotic Application Engineers: Work closely with project managers and robotic application engineers to ensure optimized solutions.
- Promote AGVs in the Designated Region: Utilize flow plan development tools effectively to promote AGVs in the designated region.
- Provide Expertise on Automation/Intralogistics: Offer expertise on automation and intralogistics to customers.
- Visit Customer Sites: Visit customer sites, offer solutions, create proposals, and deliver presentations.
- Meet Challenging Targets: Meet challenging targets and develop return on investment calculations.
- Apply Solution-Based Selling Techniques: Apply solution-based selling techniques to drive sales and service revenues.
Requirements:
- Strong Understanding of AGVs and Solution-Based Selling: Strong understanding of AGVs and solution-based selling preferred.
- Proven Sales Record: Proven sales record, especially in sales development.
- Experience Managing Large Tenders: Experience managing large tenders.
- Effective Communication and Influencing Skills: Effective communication and influencing skills.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Materials Handling Flows: Knowledge of warehouse materials handling flows.
- Proficiency in Creating and Delivering Proposals and Presentations: Proficiency in creating and delivering proposals and presentations.
- Confident Communication with Stakeholders: Confident in communication with stakeholders at all levels.
- IT Literate: IT literate, including intermediate PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Full Driving License: Full driving license.
