Management Accountant Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Management Accountant to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in preparing and completing management accounts, analyzing financial data, and reporting to the board.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prepare management accounts, including financial analysis and reporting
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting, ensuring accurate financial projections
  • Oversee daily cash flow, ensuring timely and efficient financial management
  • Administer payroll, including CIS and year-end processes
  • Conduct audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations

Requirements:

  • Management Accountant or similar qualification
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Commutable to Bristol
