Job Title: Associate Director Building Surveyor

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Remote/Hybrid, West Midlands Area

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director Building Surveyor to join our team at Bennett & Game Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering new build and refurbishment education projects, as well as providing building estates and energy strategies to academies trusts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement estate strategies, contract administration, and project-based works
  • Work with clients on projects across the Birmingham area, providing expert building surveying services
  • Report to our Leicester head office on a regular basis, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
  • Work closely with and report to the Managing Director, providing regular updates and insights
  • Deliver and manage education refurbishment and new build construction projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Collaborate with academies trusts on estates and energy strategies, providing expert advice and guidance

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a consultancy environment, with a strong background in building surveying
  • Ability to bring education clients on board and complete business development duties
  • Knowledge of building and construction in the education sector, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices
  • A driving license is essential, due to the nature of the work

Benefits:
