Job Description:

As an RSPCA volunteer, you'll play a vital role in helping us carry out animal welfare work. Your main responsibility will be to provide essential administrative support to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.

This role requires good organisational skills, ability to work independently, and effective communication. You'll be working closely with the Animal Journey team to deliver outstanding adoption experiences and meet customer needs.

You'll be responsible for delivering key responsibilities such as following animal rehoming procedures, providing excellent customer service, and escalating customer enquiries and complaints to relevant team members. You'll also have the opportunity to log adopter feedback and discussions, making a positive impact on our services.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference to animal welfare. As an RSPCA volunteer, you'll receive great induction and training, allowing you to learn new skills and develop your expertise. You'll also get to meet new people and make friends while working in a fun environment.
