About the Role:

As a Reliability Maintenance Engineer at ENGINEERINGUK, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment. Your primary responsibility will be to perform proactive and preventative maintenance tasks on a wide range of site equipment. This will involve carrying out routine checks, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions to prevent downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Carry out planned preventative maintenance tasks on site equipment
  2. Identify and report potential issues to senior colleagues
  3. Implement corrective actions to prevent equipment failure
  4. Work with senior colleagues to develop and implement maintenance schedules
  5. Support the development and progression of on-site apprentices
A Day in the Life:
As a Reliability Maintenance Engineer, you will work closely with senior colleagues to ensure that our equipment is running at optimal levels. You will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance tasks, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions to prevent downtime. You will also work on continuous improvement projects to enhance the operational environment.

Our Reliability Maintenance Engineering team is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment across our global network of fulfilment centres. We work together to ensure that our equipment is running at optimal levels, and we are committed to delivering exceptional results. Requirements:
  1. Served a full Engineering indentured apprenticeship and/or qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 3 or equivalent in a relevant Engineering subject
  2. Relevant experience as a qualified engineer
  3. Relevant experience working in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance
  4. Advanced proficiency in the local language verbally and in writing
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Apprentice Trained, HNC, HND, BSc, BEng
  2. Experience in condition-based monitoring
  3. Experience working with print and apply machines
  4. Experience in fault-finding and maintaining conveyor or automation systems
