Primary School SEN Educator

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum
Nala is seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Education Needs (SEN) teacher to join our team. As a SEN teacher, you will be responsible for creating inclusive and engaging learning environments for students with diverse needs.
The successful candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent and successful SEN teaching experience. A good knowledge of the national curriculum and patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to the success of every student are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Motivate pupils through enthusiastic and imaginative presentation.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to ensure a high standard of education.
- Monitor and assess pupils' progress, providing regular feedback to pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Create and maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment for all pupils.
- Ensure all school policies and procedures are adhered to in line with the school values.
