Job Title: HCA Support Worker

Vetro Recruitment is seeking an experienced HCA Support Worker to join our team in Port Talbot. As a HCA Support Worker, you will be working with individuals with life-limiting disorders and supporting them with daily tasks and activities.

Job Summary:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with life-limiting disorders
  • Assist with daily tasks and activities, including personal care and medication management
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months experience of working in a social care setting in the UK
  • Empathetic and caring nature, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one
  • The right to work in the UK
