Procurement Category Manager - Logistics

Talent Drive | B Corp™ is seeking a seasoned Procurement Category Manager to lead the Logistics category strategy on a global level. This role will involve overseeing all Logistics and Distribution initiatives, supporting the design of the logistic procurement, and engaging with suppliers to present innovation and cost efficiency projects.

About the Role
  • We are looking for a logistics expert with experience in managing large-scale sourcing projects within Logistics Procurement.
  • You will work closely with suppliers to establish relationships and drive business growth.
  • Your responsibilities will include leading implementation of Supplier Relationship Management & suppliers evaluation processes.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring best-in-class service from our logistic and warehouse providers while optimising total cost of ownership.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in Logistics Procurement, with a proven track record of delivering successful sourcing projects.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build trustful relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage remote teams and drive results-oriented performance.
  • A strong understanding of FMCG industry trends and practices.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
