Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the existing technical support team, providing technical assistance to customers with hardware and software issues, and escalating complex problems to senior engineers. This is an exceptional opportunity to work for a leading IT services provider as a technical support specialist based in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the technical support team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and in-person support.
  • Evaluate and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior engineers as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical support experience, preferably in an enterprise-level company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with hardware and software support, including mobile devices and imaging.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 18:30.
