Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in software support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and ticketing systems
  • Triage and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of software solutions and technical products
  • Provide training and support to clients on software usage and best practices
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance support processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software support
  • Strong background in ITIL and software support methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Jira service management system or similar
