Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Research Nurse Specialist to join our team at The Royal Marsden. As a key member of our endoscopy team, you will play a central role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized patient care to patients attending the Endoscopy Suite, from pre-assessment through to discharge.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of our endoscopy services, including the implementation of new procedures and protocols.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
Person Specification
