Job Title: Telecom Security Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecom Security Specialist to join our team at Next Ventures. The successful candidate will have a strong background in telecom and/or physical security systems, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of complex telecommunications and security infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning, managing, and executing the commissioning of telecom and security systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Perimetral Intrusion Detection, Passengers Information Display, Clock, Audio Recording, and Passengers Help Point.
  • Performing rigorous tests and inspections to validate system functionality against design specifications.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment and system malfunctions during the commissioning phase.
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and operational procedures required by the end client.
  • Providing comprehensive training and support to maintenance and operational teams on newly commissioned systems.
  • Preparing and maintaining detailed project documentation, including test data and system configurations.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical understanding of telecom and security systems.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with project managers and Design Engineering Team in back office.
  • S. in Electrical Engineering or other Engineering Discipline.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) License (it's a plus).
  • Commissioning Certification from the Building Commissioning Association (it's a plus).
