We are currently recruiting for a Digital Logistics Analyst to join our prestigious Head Office in Plymouth.

Job Purpose: To ensure the online fulfilment centre has optimal stock fulfilment. The analyst will need to manage and maintain orders, ensure levels of stock are sufficient, highlighting issues with products not moving through the online process and reporting on poor performing products and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitoring web stock levels to ensure products are available to purchase.
  2. Communicating with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolving stock issues.
  3. Reviewing stock sent to the online fulfilment centre to ensure no overstocks at the site, cancelling orders where applicable.
  4. Analysing sales data to support demand for products, adjusting levels accordingly.
  5. Review and generate reporting for stock and sales data within the web location, focusing on availability and other related KPIs.
  6. Reviewing products being processed to go online, providing support where necessary.
  7. Reviewing internal reporting to flag products that aren't currently online but should be and vice-versa.

Requirements:

  1. Proficiency in Microsoft packages is essential – primarily Excel.
  2. Degree in a business related subject desirable but not essential – Full training will be provided.
  3. Previous experience in an analytical, data led role desirable.
  4. Ability to interpret data and act based on that interpretation.
